Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Group classes
You can change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the class.

2. Individual classes
You can change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the class.

3. Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations made after these deadlines, and classes missed without notice, are not refunded.

4. How to change or cancel
Use the link in your booking confirmation, or write to online@russianmastersballet.com. A rescheduled class must be taken within one month of the original date.

5. Illness or emergency
If you are ill or have an emergency, contact us as soon as possible at online@russianmastersballet.com and we will look for a solution together.

6. Changes by RMB
If RMB needs to cancel or move a class (for example, if a teacher is unavailable or a group does not reach the minimum number of students), we will offer you another date or a full refund.

7. Technical issues
Please check your connection, camera and Zoom before the class. If a class cannot take place because of a technical problem on our side, we will reschedule it or refund it. Technical problems on the student’s side are not refunded.

8. Late arrival
Classes start and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the class.

9. Recordings
Classes are live and are not recorded.
