FAQ — Online Classes
How do the online classes work?
All classes take place live on Zoom. Students join using a meeting link at their scheduled time. Every lesson is led by a teacher who provides personalized content, feedback, and recommendations throughout the session.
What level of students can join?
These classes are intended for students aged 9 to 20 who engage in ballet at a semi-professional or professional level, attending training sessions four to five times per week. Instruction is offered across beginner through advanced levels.
How long is each class?
Individual classes last 60 minutes.
Group masterclasses last 85 minutes.
What time zone does the schedule follow?
All lesson times are indicated in Madrid time.
Spain follows CET (GMT+1) in the winter and CEST (GMT+2) in the summer.
What Are the Requirements for the Class?
- A reliable high-speed Internet connection.
- A laptop, tablet, or phone equipped with a high-quality webcam.
- It is recommended to connect your device to a larger display, such as a television or monitor, to ensure optimal visibility of the instructor and demonstrations from a distance.
- Classes will be conducted using the Zoom application.
- Students should ensure their dance space is large enough to move freely, with an unobstructed view so their full body is visible on screen at all times.
- If a student does not have a ballet barre, they should prepare a suitable and stable substitute, as well as enough room for center exercises.
- Students should face a light source (such as a window or balcony) so the teacher can see them clearly.
- The dance space should be clean, safe, and free of obstacles or distracting objects.
- Proper ballet attire and hairstyle are required for the lesson.
- Students should be fully prepared before the class begins, with all necessary equipment ready.
- Parents and other family members should avoid entering the camera area during the lesson whenever possible.
- Students are expected to maintain respectful behaviour, concentration, and a professional attitude throughout the class.
Creating a focused and professional working environment helps both students and teachers achieve the best possible results during online training.
Can classes be rescheduled?
- You can cancel or reschedule any class if you modify or cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
- If you cancel a lesson less than 48 hours in advance, or do not show up, refunds will not be issued.
- If you are ill or there is an emergency, please reach out to our team promptly to discuss possible special arrangements for rescheduling.

How do I pay for the classes?
Payment is made by card at the end of your reservation process.
How far in advance should I book?
It is advisable to reserve your session well ahead of time, as teachers’ availability may become limited. The schedule is typically accessible two months in advance.
Is it possible to attend the class from home?
